What about APC Internship made you interested to apply?

I first heard about APC internship through SEA CLEAR when I went to SEA ADMIT in my senior year of high school. Before then, I really hadn’t connected with my API culture in an active way so I felt like applying to APC Internship was the logical step to remedying that.

What do you enjoy about the internship so far?

I love seeing my fellow interns every week and talking to them! I love talking to them and getting to know each otherin a setting that I usually wouldn’t have in a classroom or a lecture hall. Best of all, I like making new friends.

What have you gained in internship so far?

APC internship has really opened up my eyes to how diverse and varied API culture so far and has allowed me to see things from a different perspective. I feel like I’ve really gained a sense of history and meaning from APC Internship. I feel like I can appreciate being at home with my family more now, and that I can really connect with their struggles.
