It is unique in the content that we discuss and how it relates to me and the greater Asian and Pacific Islander community.

What do you enjoy about the internship so far?

I enjoy the small community that we have in the internship and getting to bond with each other. We also do really fun (and weird) ice breakers that have challenged me to get out of my comfort zone.

What have you gained in internship so far?

I am continuing to learn the importance of history and the connection it has with culture. I’ve already learned so much about the history on this campus and how it connects to me as an Asian American.
